Although my palate sucks and it was just tainted by a delicious dinner of chicken spinach and peppers in a harissa-sriracha-Chardonnay cream sauce over pasta. However the 2021 If/Then red blend is nice. It’s soft on the palate, kinda smooth and silky, with a little bit of bite at the end. |

7/21/2023 - tb_baltimore Does not like this wine: 81 pointsThis did not age well. Based on the other two bottles (purchased 2016), I had thought this was going to get better and better with age. While it is not spoiled, it has a strong bitter after-taste. The alcohol comes through strongly, without any pleasant overtones or flavor senses. Its almost like carbonated alcohol with a bit of a wine flavor on top. I'd say this is only going to get worse for anyone still having an unopened bottle. |

Nose is great with lemon, mineral and white flowers,. Palate has Meyer lemon, stones and discrete vanilla, with a just a hint of tropical fruit. It has a medium light body and is better than the sum of its parts. Outstanding! |

Beautiful bubbles as it enters the glass and gives a nose of gentle fruits. Big mouthfeel that sparkles on the tongue with apples and just enough acid to make refreshing. Shy, easy finish that makes one want more. At 11.2% the bottle is soon gone and will be missed with a soft smile. |
