Weich und leicht prickelnd auf der Zunge mit cremiger Textur, mineralischem Unterton und angenehmer Frische. Der Ausklang ist fruchtbetont, appetitanregend und mittel bis langanhaltend. Black cherry for sure) hiding underneath. Chocolate. Fruit is the last thing you think of. Good balance. Dry, but there's some residual sugar there. Not much of a finish but a fun wine. Really hits a lot of my favorite notes. Not much tension in the wine but very drinkable and pairing well with my Italian sub. |
