From the wine list at the River Café. Affordable pink bubbles to start off dinner. Served in very narrow flute - which pretty much kills the nose. This was a vibrant pink color and easy drinking perhaps a bit higher dosage - a crowd pleaser with the family.

Another amazing value. I would think this was grower champagne, if tasted blind. Full chardonnay with nice yeasty notes, very pleasant. Nice mousse, fine enough bubbles. Around $20 retail, excellent value, and delicious.
