But, totally impressed with the second! Intense nose at first opening. Cherry obvious. Over a couple of hours more leather and smoke. Still showing tannins. Just plain good! |

The nose just kept getting better and better for two hours. Found myself swirling and sniffing constantly throughout the experience. Matched perfectly with braised short ribs! Deep ruby color, nice balance. Long finish! Anticipating the second bottle experience! |
