More subtle and subdued than the bottle I had 4 years. Came into its own after 20 mins in the glass. I miss some of the brighter fruit it had before. Extremely pleasant and an easy drink. Don't wait, drink now.

PnP, needs about 15-20 mins to open up. Not as crisp as it used to be, but extremely pleasant, less fruity than I remember. Agree with others, no need to cellar any longer, ready to drink now.

Very enjoyable, PnP, probably at its peak. I did not get the high acidity mentioned by a previous reviewer, i thought it was well balanced. Just the right amount of body for a RRV Pinot, perhaps leaning towards the lighter side. If you like Wagner made Pinots, you'll need to look elsewhere. Bought for $22 and seemed like a good QPR, would buy again.

Nuanced with finesse. This is a quality and very enjoyable Pinot, it was hard to put down. I have another bottle and this has the bones to improve with a little more time.

Drinking perfectly. A tad big for a pinot, characteristically RRV but extremely balanced and not overwhelming like some of the Wagner Family style pinots -if you know what I mean. I wish I had more.

My friend really liked this wine, I thought it was good not great, I don't think decanting for an hour helped this wine, a bit more subdued and rustic than what I was expecting.

Very good but not great, not as good as a bottle opened 18 mos ago, it lacked the elegance and the soft richness of the previous bottle. Had some leftover day 3 and still was holding up good. Perhaps it is beginning to go downhill.

At home with a beef tenderloin. I had this wine a year ago, the wine retained the structure but seem to have lost some of its luster. Great pairing very enjoyable but a notch below from what I recall.

At 15.8%, I could feel the alcohol from the first sip, perhaps I'm getting old or have had too many great wines over the years. Initially this was tasty, as time passed though, it became harder to drink as the alcohol prevailed. This one will surely tire your taste buds. If you are looking for big in your face alcohol slapping red, Crown Royal taste, I want to wake up with a huge pounding headache the next morning, this could be your wine.

Super easy summer fun drink but it still tastes like wine. While sipping this wine I felt transported to a coastal cafe somewhere in the Genoa coastline, think Portofino. Be careful, you can drink the whole bottle before you know it. haha. Enjoy!
