Cos is velvety and rich without being overbearing in any way. Chocolate, black pepper, currant is what I remember. |

I decanted an hour before digging in and enjoyed the bottle over several hours. I tried it slightly chilled (I thought it reduced the flavour) as well as aerated (did not improve) but mostly decanted at room temperature after pulling it from the cooler. Highly recommended if you want something that is easy drinking and very tasty! |
