The note on the display case said that it was worthy of aging for a decade or more. Intrigued, I purchased a bottle with a thought to buying a case if the wine lived up to its billing. It did. Over the course of an hour this uptight Languedoc beauty revealed a complexity that I plan to familiarize myself with over the coming years. |
