Opened up nice to mocha and a touch of barnyard on the nose with some sweet cedar hints and some cinnamon. About two hours in it had a lush mouthfeel with lingering rose petals and white chocolate on the finish. Deep plum in color and very heavy sediment, more funk and barnyard on nose as it opened with terrific leather and earth which rolled into the midpalate as it opened. A great bottle! |
