Also get subtle hints of cotton candy on the nose after some glass time. Light acidity in the finish that tapers off rather quickly. This Merlot is rich with lots of body to offer anyone into big wines. A great value given the price point. |

This Granache stood out in the tasting because it was intense but nuanced and structured. Notes of rasberry, truffle, crushed flowers, and forest floor delighted us both. We both agreed this will be better in a few years while still drinkable now. |

Blackberry and plum notes on the tongue with gentle flirtations of white pepper and a sweet berry/smokey finish. Very smooth body with lovely structure. The character of this selection revealed more of its subtleties with decanting and glass time. |

While this was drinkable, and not bad, had an extremely tart open, acidic, not particularly well balanced in my opinion. Granted this didn't get to decant as long as I would have liked, but of the 4 we tasted through the course of the evening, this was our least favorite, and that included a $20 italian primitivo which was much more palatable. Over all, drinkable, but I wouldn't buy again, especially at GF price points. |

After decanting for 2 hours, was absolutely delicious. Served with Pasta Arrabbiata. QPR on this is amazing, we drank a much more expensive California Zinfandel later in the evening that we didn't like half as much. Will buy again! |

Everyone who had a taste commented on how special this Elevage Blanc was. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, this wine is intense, full-bodied, lush and layered. The layering of mixed fruit gives off tropical fruit aromas and bright citrus flavors, while also teasing you with lush mid-palate notes of stone fruit and cream. A truly special white wine. |
