I'm marking it as flawed because based on my prior experience marking "i don't like it" is not appropriate but I can't say this bottle is "neutral" or "I like it" either. I thought this wine would have aged fine until now but maybe not. I drank a bottle last fall and it was good. Fairly mushroomy aroma with tabac, and toasted wood. Hints caramel, black and poss some blue fruits. Entry is smooth and quite fruity (more than expect from age?), full textured mid palate transitioning to a relatively astringent and/or bright finish. Acid/tannin combo is great with pizza but on its own is a bit too much. Perhaps when young was massive! Now after some time flavors are developing and palate seems more mellow.
