Opened and immediately poured and tasted. Seemed somewhat reserved at first so I was thinking to not go in for a case. After 10 minutes max, the wine opened beautifully and I was blown away with how delicious this was. Immediately logged in to purchase a case at the incredible BF discount. |

This is amazing right now, super silky and I think it will get better over time. This is by far the best ~$40 wine I have ever had and one of the best wines I have had. Not sure on points but 92-94'ish in my opinion so going to err on the side of caution and give it 92. |

Poured a glass upon opening and tried to drink it but it was just bad. Hoped some over night decanting would help. Nope... Got worse. Poured the rest down the drain. Guessing the final bottle won't get any better with age so will probably try that soon and probably toss that out too. |

Opened the first bottle last night and it is still holding up strong. Merryberry's notes were pretty spot on. We detected cherries, some blackberries, and definitely the soft tannins. It was a really nice wine, especially at the price paid. I believe it will at least be good through 2021. |

Unfortunately, this wine, for my wife and I, did not have the same elegance of other red wines similarly priced from California. Maybe it still needs some more time in the cellar.
