Pinot Noir - New Zealand. #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-bacon meets bubble gum; PALATE-getting a greenness; avocado skin; like an imaginary blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley because it has so much of a soil component; bacon; ripe sour cherry; it's very complex; green and earth to the nth degree; probably the most Burgundian styled Central Otago Pinot I've ever had; many won't like this, but this is right my ally; some bitter tannins; should cellar this for 3-7 years; GV-91+ 91+ points

Red Blend - Argentina. #3; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-dark; NOSE-some blackberry; PALATE-good black fruit on the attack; a little tea component; a little hollow on the mid-palate; tastes like cheap wine on the mid-palate; comes on a little on the finish w/ some tannins; the fruit it a little flabby, I do like the darkness of this; a little vanilla cream action; GV-83 83 points

W_Torrontes - Argentina. #2; COLOR-golden; NOSE-heavy cantaloupe with some lemon; PALATE-really peachy; good (not great) acidity; showing pretty fresh; golden apple; the peaches really sing to me; also considerably floral (white flower); also a little lemon-lime; GV-88 88 points
