Aromas of lemon/lime, peach, minerals, sea breeze and herbs. Initially upon opening I thought this was a tough oxidized thanks to its synthetic cork, but upon re-visiting ~3 hours later that was not to be found. The palate matches the nose with the citrus and stone fruit up front then the mineral/herbal notes. The minerality & noticeable acidity add nice structure. That being said, drink up now as this tastes like it is just past peak and I don't trust the closure.

Brine, minerals, wet rocks, lemon and herbs on both the nose and palate. Good acidity contributes to the long finish. Drinkable now but should last for several more years. Nice wine.

Citrus, strong minerals, a touch of herbs/saline. A bit light/simple, but pleasant on a warm summer day.

This is incredibly refreshing. Tons of minerals/crushed rock, a hint of grass, and some green apple & lemon notes to round it out. Mouthwatering acidity; way too easy to drink.

This may have been flawed in some way given the positive notes here. There's a strong saline note along with some over-ripe apples.

Light but aromatic with notes of melon, flowers, and nuts on the nose. The palate is also light but fairly complex with melon, lemon/lime, and a bit of a butterscotch/nutty note rounding out the finish. It tastes fresh while also having a bit of oxidation, nice for a white 11 years old and showing Melon de Bourgogne's potential for aging. That being said I'd drink it sooner rather than later while the freshness is still there.

Mineral driven nose with aromas of stone fruits and citrus. The palate reminds me of seafoam candy, but dry. Loads of minerality, subtle stone fruit and citrus. Very nice acidity, medium-length finish, this is a great value for $12.

Tangerine/Tang nose, very dry, with flavors of grass & grapefruit. Definitely has a bit of acidic zip. (had just a taste at a tasting)
