As with the previous bottle there was the blackberry and mocha, some red fruit in there as well. Perfect acidity, carried the flavors nicely through the medium finish. Fine tannins, some leather and certainly some oak but very complementary. A lovely wine. |

Same thing I've noted in the Twisted Oak "Potty Mouth", which probably shares some heritage with The Spaniard. Excellent concentration, spice, tart acidity, and soft tannins. Probably drinking about as well as it ever will, but still give it a little air before drinking. |

The wine was fantastic but definitely needed some air. Really nice concentrated blue/black fruit, spice and leather, good acidity and a strong medium finish. Lovely and a good value at Full Pull's tariff. |
