Didn’t feel like taking notes on the night, but it was quite bright and fresh on the traditional Barolo scale, did not find anything clumsy or warm or anything, like some other notes below. It has the structure of Barolo, but not more than that I wanted to drink it greedily while preparing the mushroom risotto it matched so well with. This was a screaming value at about 30 euro back in the day, would also be a value at twice that. Wish I had many more but this was the first of two. |
