Nach kurzer Belüftung im Glas auch erdige Nuancen erinnernd an feuchten Waldboden sowie ein Hauch süsser Gewürze wie Mocca und Kaffee. Feingliedrig, weich und austrocknend am Gaumen mit viel Frische und angenehmem Fruchtextrakt. Spürbare aber elegant eingewobene Gerbstoffe und leicht wärmend, gefolgt von frischem und sanft würzigem, kompaktem Ausklang. Im Standard Rotwein Glas ausschenken und für kurze Zeit atmen lassen. Als Trinktemperatur empfehle ich leicht kühle 15-16°C. |
