March 12, 2006 - Our dinner with Cilantro (Chez nous): Quintessential Pauillac, just doesn't get much better than this. At the start, cork was seeped clear through and there was a whiff of barnyard, but after decanting, this just kept going on an on. Beautiful color with hardly any brickings. The nose came alive with cassis, leather, and faint cedar. Great mouthfeel with balance and power, long finish. Definitely at its prime
