What a wonderful wine!

I can't wait to live in a place where you can get THIS level quality wine in a convenience store at €20 a bottle.

This is a young, but soon priming, deep and rich wine that the World tend to love. I deeply enjoyed this wine tonight.

A delightful wine to drink, plenty of fruit with a long typical Shiraz finish. I suspect it’s only coming into its best over the coming years. With that said, I presume with another 2 years of cellaring it will be a absolute ripper.

Delicious, blackcurrant and blue berries, medium to full bodied, with little hint of vanilla, smooth and juicy. Ready for drink now

Made of a blend of five cepages. Aromatic nose; is there viognier in the blend? Taste that is not so much fruity, maybe a bit flowery, with OK acidity and a nice balance. 87(-88)

For this price point it was good, not sure I would cellar this for a long time, might be a good BBQ dinner with friends. I continue my journey to find a well priced 2024 summer vintage.

Amazing aromatics. Salt. Unbelievable wine. I can't believe they didn't bottle this still, as this is incredible quality. But I guess that's their philosophy. 93-94

Big ripe dark fruit, nicely bitter to balance, some dry tannin and a touch of vanilla from the new French barriques but the fruit is just about enough. Could last a year or two. Merits the Superiore

Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Muted nose and medium in body, with medium acidity.

Very dry on the palate and simple.

Showing red cherries, blueberries, plums, raspberries, spices, dark chocolates and peppercorn.

Short finish with soft tannins and tart cranberries.

Better with food and a little unbalanced.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

82 Points.

Low opacity, Ruby with garnet thinning. Nose very savory and earthy with horse stable, fresh broken twigs and bright red fruits. The palate is balanced, high acidity, subdued bright red fruits, fine grained round tannins and a long earthy finish. Delicious

Another weirdo blend from Fujimaru, Merlot and Muscat Bailey A, which is a uniquely Japanese hybrid grape that has never really impressed me. Nose of mulberry, prune, and herbs. The palate is even more green and herbaceous, presumably from early harvest (damn those humid summers, I suppose otherwise you'd have something flabby and even worse). Unfortunate, and confirms my belief that minimal-intervention whites are what the Japanese do best.

Nose: ammonia, barnyard, cherry, dried leaves, cheese, hints of strawberry
Notes: this started off with plenty of funk on the nose and that slowly blew off as time went by. This orange wine has an interesting Rose like color and a very distinctive dryness that is probably related to the Pinot Gris variety. This has an interesting fix of funk and freshness that is combined with some dried leaves aroma. I actually think we can give this 2-3 more years before drinking. Certainly a very complex and funky orange and one of the more likeable orange I've had.

Raspberry and cinnamon aromas with a firm acidic palate. Nice fruit quality but the acetic acid is higher than I prefer. This is anomalous to my experiences with the 2018 and 2017 dundee hill bottlings which still had the "funk" but less in the way of acetic acid. This wine clashes with fish, but I think will do well with sauce based dishes, stew or pizza.

Funky nose with some volatile acidity. Then strawberry and raspberry. Alcohol a bit noticeable, quite bitter. Solid natural style cerasuolo. With air it becomes less "natural" and has the typical cerasuolo seriousness, i.e. little fruit, good body.

A very tasty and round wine full of citrusy, herbal and white fruit flavours. Salinity and acidity are also present. Full body and an almost sweet aftertaste resembling a good off dry Riesling. Not the typical austere assyrtiko but very well made and pleasant non the less. Very good vfm also.

A good wine and a very solid sub $30 OR PN. Lacks the normal primal earthy funk that I love in a Cameron. Regardless, there are only 3-4 Oregon Pinots at this price point that can run with it. Buy it if you can find it... they don't make it every year.

Notes of sweet Mandarin orange and peach lead the way, with hints of mixed herbs weaving in. While tasty, it's dense and a tad muddled, and comes across as cloying and in need of more acidity.

Can't add much to the descriptions of the flavor profile found below - I'll mention that I decanted for 2 hours, but I'm not sure it needed it. It's a huge wine, but it's detailed enough not to be overbearing. A delight.

PnP, and slow ox'd over the course of 3 hours (should've properly decanted). Initially tight and ungiving with considerable heat, but this settles in to reveal a very nice (and young) Zin. Red fruits lead the way on the palate, with notes of raspberry and cranberry coalescing with a skosh of dark chocolate. Oak is seamlessly integrated, and there's just enough acidity to keep it all moving.

Lovely color. The nose shows concentrated aromas of peaches, citrus oil, flowers, beeswax and a hint of minerals. This is almost full bodied on the palatewith very good concentration and real class. The medium plus length finish features great freshness. Needs a year or two...

First day of opening i found it much too tight and very closed up. After a night opened, it developed pear notes and the malo shines through much clearer. Vanilla, green apples and pears. A pretty backbone of acidity keeps it all in check into a long finish.

To reflect and put this into perspective of my tasting trip in NZ; This is a more defined take on NZ chardy, as many other domaines will make a very burgundish take on the grape. This is bright and alive in comparison.
I wouldn't age longer than 5 years though.

Encrucijada 2021, Bizero Spain.
Fruit forwarding nose, black and red fruit, profound red cherry, sweet spice. Entry is so silky and velvet with refine tannins and balanced acidity with an elegant medium body mid palate. Rich characters, but are hidden within which needs few years of aging to integrate. Though approachable at a young age, but will be better after few years of aging. 92-94 Pts

Grei Bordeaux som er ganske nedstengt de første dagene. Deretter mørke bær, hint av tobakk og mynte. Ikke verst og ganske korrekt. 60/40 CS/merlot. Godt kjøp

Delicate lemon and fresh baguette on the nose, and the palate balances tree fruit (green apple aplenty) with citrus, maybe some very light florals and watermelon. The finish has some kind of funky flavor to it, can’t quite put my finger on it, and a slight pecorino cheese note emerges on the nose over time, along with acetone. I’m not sure whether I’d call these “off notes,” but they’re definitely iffy for some, although I enjoyed. That being said, the acidity is pronounced and quite pleasant and fruity, it’s the acidity of crispy green apples. This would go so well with a croque-monsieur.

Decanted for 45 minutes prior to tasting.
Medium ruby color; cherry blossom nose.
I may be kidding myself in terms of my ability to discern the subtleties of Terr, but this comes across to me as a very Oregonian Pinot noir. Lots of red fruit up front: cherry tones dominate. The 10 are very soft, And the acidity is moderate. Some minerality is present, along with lightly seared meat.
This Weine lies and contrast the most of the Filipino wars I’ve had, which almost exclusively originate in California. That said, this is a delicious Component in the portfolio, and I highly recommend it. I’m not sure about his aging potential. It could certainly run from 8 to 10 years out, Is drinking quite well right now. CaliforniaI’m
