Introduction
This is always a very special occasion with great, wine loving friends. And with Tim, a professional Chef who can produce Michelin star dishes and make it sound like every moron can make them….NO impossible! He is great and unique with his love for food and wine.
Everybody brings one or two great bottles and we have a great evening together. Joost, the sommelier, pours the wines one at a time blind.

The bouquet is a bit locked. On the palate rubber and burnt impressions. After all the great and fresh wines we had this evening, this bottle is a great disappointment. I did not score it.
