What can I say? This Riesling Gold Standard. Wonderful nose with lots of fruit. On the palate great grip and tension, high, ripe acidity. Fresh, very, very long. Candidate for the Top 10 for sure. 94++

Obviously Trollinger is not my preferred varietal. But if I had to dring one, than certainly the Sine from the Aldinger Brothers. 9,5% abv, dry, clean, elegant and spicy. This is how I like Trollinger... sometimes... 86-88

Very dense and with lots of dark fruit. Reductive, clean, mineral, fresh, juicy and herbaceous. Lots of cassis, nice grip, very good balance and long. 93+
Nice to see the completely different style compared with Schnaitmanns Lämmler.

Floral, herbaceous, high acidity, beautiful grip, very elegant and fine. Long finish. Quite the opposite of Aldinger's more darker, deeper version. Both wines differ significantly, but for me they are on the same quality level. The price tag for this bottle is therefore, hmmm... ambitious. 93+

Hmm, what can I say. I love sweet wines. This one certainly goes well with certain food (goose liver, cheese), but is otherwise very exhausting to drink . Super sweet, super concentrated. Not my personal favorite, but certainly well made. 92-93+

This is special! Over 30 grape varieties. Certainly bold and warm, but in 2019 with a wonderful acidity, that gives this wine a beautiful tension and freshness. Really beautiful. 93+
