Open at about 715pm and drank about 815pm. Sour cherry, leather, earth with game notes. Fresh on the palate with obvious silky tannins and long barley like finish. Enjoyable now but would benefit from a few more years of again to soften the tannins.

Popped at 715pm and drunk at about 9pm. Aroma of iron, iodine, violet and rose. Good freshness on the nose and palate with full body and stuffing. High silky tannins with long bitter finish. Touch of heat and VA.
Closing
Crowd favourites for the night for the 2010 was the Rocche and for 2019 Gattera. Cerreta was the close 2nd for the 2019.
