One of my favorite NV Rosés. Notes of watermelon, fresh herbs, oyster shells, sea spray, and baked red apples. 90-91 points.

Disgorged 5/12/2007. Still one of my favorite NV Champagnes. Notes of watermelon, honey, and green and red apples. Full in mouth with an excellent delineation of flavors.

A simple sparkling wine with a slightly vegetal and funky nose. Zesty notes of unripe strawberries and toast.

Disgorged 5/23/2007. Slightly funky aromas of vegetable garden and some toast. The palate is a simple and straightforward note freshly cut lemons. Slightly metallic on the finish.

A very feminine Champagne with lots of elegance and finesse. Notes of lemon pound cake, biscuit, chalk and mineral.

Notes of watermelon, fresh herbs, and orange zest. Simple, but nice. Very good for the price.

A light-bodied sparkler with notes of parsley, cut lemons, and buttered toast. Decent and a good degree of elegance, but no big deal.

Yeasty and chalky on the nose with a palate of red apples, caramel, and minerals. Slightly medicinal on the finish, but still enjoyable. 87-88 points.

Tasted a little manufactured. Simple and sweet notes of candied red berries with a touch of saline on the finish.

A masculine Champagne with notes of toast, yeast, and honey. Tangy and lemony on the midpalate with a long refined finish.

Disgorged 5/12/2007. A rich Champagne with notes of caramel, mixed nuts, lemon cream, and cranberries. Slightly sweet on the finish, but a delicious wine with a long life ahead of it. My WOTN. 91-92 points.
