I know it is too young but open one.
What a mineral driven Cab, very intense with good acidity.
Very nice. will keep for years to come.

Robert Parker said "The 2008 Chardonnay The Judge is exquisite." in his review of WA. Yes, indeed. The Judge is truly one of best chard. haven't disappointed me ever.

The style is different from the previous releases. The tasting note in their website explains well. It is really like a top level white burgundy. I really love this vintage too. Excellent effort.

Extraordinary. I really like Shibumi's style, elegant and well balanced.
Every aspect looks just right in this wine、though it is not as rich as 2009. (which turned out good for me)

It seems that all the elements are nicely integrated now.
This is an excellent wine with the price ($40?). I could see same quality that I can find in very expensive white from Burgundies. My hat's off to Varner.

I like it.
Probably most seductive and elegant in Kistler's 2008 lineup.
2008 vintages of Kistler are scoring higher these days in my chart.

Much improved from the last time. nice aroma getting more complex and good balance with raspberry/cherry flavor + spice + acidity. Very good RRV pinot. still think this could be better after 1 or 2 years for my palate.

still young, suggest decanting 2+ hrs before drinking for now. full-bodied, very complex with dry tannins. looong finish. excellent wine.

very consistent and age worthy, to me, Mount Eden estate is the most elegant California chardonnay.

My favorite Chardonnay from Kistler. consistent with 06. but 07 seems to be more powerful and richer.

Something like Rhone but still unique. Very aromatic, nice mineral, Another interesting white from Bedrock. Guess nice with BBQ in summer but not my favorite style for white.
