Bought bottle in Stockholm airport for only $25 duty free. Enjoyed in Balestrand, Norway overlooking a beautiful fjord. Very smooth with some oak and a hint of pepper on the nose and on the finish. Should go for another 5-10 years. Spanish wines continue to deliver some of the best qpr.

Consumed without food and it was excellent. Ready to consume upon open, but continues to get better with air. Not in need of a longer decant like the 08 or 09.

Tasted like welch's grape juice off the bat and didn't improve much from there. Still have some in bottle I will try later to see if there is improvement. Disappointing because I've enjoyed other vintages of saint-cosme cdr's

Needs a couple hours to decant. Still very tannic with many years left. Would pair well with hardy meat dishes.

Really starting to hit its stride. Will have to save some for day two on the next bottle based on others tasting notes. But tonight it was drinking well from the first poor. Paired well with grilled sirloin

Really starting to come together. Would like to try another bottle in a couple of years. Solid from the start, but really sings with a couple hours of air and a great steak

I think someone else said it best, "it's like drinking a blueberry cobbler". Too much syrup for me. Very tough to get past that.

First try since last summer when I was a bit disappointed. This was much better and compared favorably to the Chateau Mongravey that we had before the Cru.

Decanted for 2+ hours and it made a huge difference. This wine was fantastic. Looking forward to my next bottle in a couple years, if I can wait that long, to see further development in the bottle.
