Heavy floral scent. Darker fruit for a Pinot. Raspberry, plum, cola. Opened up after a few days. A bit heavier than I prefer for Pinot. Need some food to go with it. Paired well with salmon.

Lively, enjoyeable Pinot. Smooth texture, with definite cola, spice (I think I can taste subtle root beer flavor). Refined, except for the root beer of course. Good value and versatile, can be paired with salmon, pasta, chicken... Very enjoyable.

Nice, lively Greek blend. Semi-dark, nose of spice, blackberry. Some fruit, cola, pepper, bit of earthiness. Medium finish. Drink with or without food.

One of my favorites! Well balanced. Dark red color with definite spice/clove overtones with a bit of fruit. A bit of blackberry and nutmeg. Long finish and medium tannins. Great with without food or with food (red sauces, steak, salmon). Enjoyable at nice value.

Wonderful, vibrant wine. Dark, red, blackberry nose. Tastes earthy, spicy with a good amount of fruit. Balanced tannins and nice acidity. Medium long finish. Perfect with pasta.

Very enjoyable Pinot. Flavors of dried cherry, tobacco, cola and strawberry. Held together on its own or with food. Great with salmon. Medium-long finish.

Very light colored Pinot; pleasant licorice and tobacco nose, and light fruit, cherry and spice taste. Limited tannins and body with short finish. Enjoyable wine but perhaps not worth the price.

Dark red color and aroma of fruit and spice. Decent wine but not as enjoyable as Bokisch Tempranillo and Graciano. Not much fruit with rather rich tannins - possibly needs to open up and definitely need to drink with food. Also, finish was lacking.

Nice Pinot. Interesting color - a little bit of an orange tint. Transparent, cloudy. Balanced Pinot with a light start, with heavier finish and some tannins. Black cherry and cola. Enjoyable with or without food. Would definitely drink again.

Cheapo Pinotage, the grape of South Africa. Dark inky color. Smell of coffee, rubber, dark cherry. Heavy tannins with some coffee, spice, raspberry taste. Drank without food and probably could have used something heavy for balance. Decent, a break from heavy fruit but nothing special.

Dark color, aroma of dark berries and spice. Well-balanced with nice tannins and aroma/taste of cloves. Nice body and finish. Went well with my manicotti. An excellent addition to the Spanish varietals by Bokisch at an excellent value

Translucent ruby color and rather thin. Mild strawberry nose. Silky, medium long finish, with very little acidity. A bit overpowered by salmon dish, almost too reserved, even for Pinot. Nice weekday wine though at nice value. OK to drink without food.

Decent, clean version of KJ Chard. Unoaked, but I miss the oak. Citrus fruits abound but missing personality. Having with salmon which overpowers Avant, but would be good with something lighter.

Decent CT wine. Heavy, heavy toasted oak and buttery flavor. A big mouthful of oak - a bit too much. Enjoying with bread and butter after dinner.

One of our favorites. It is creamy like butta with a bit of acidity. Not too much oak and with fruit notes - pineapple and citrus. Went great with my salmon.

Extremely dark, heavy oak and fruit. Heavy fruit and richness punches you in the face. Need a steak or heavy, fatty food to accompany this one. Nice tannins and long finish but nothing too notable. Slightly overdone but nice wine.

Somewhat dark with a blackberry nose with a bit of bubble gum. Solid, affordable Cab with nice balance and long finish. Oaky with light tannins. Tasted better on next day open - licorice taste came out. Drinkable now with or without food.

Very dark color and strong plum and blackberry nose. Well balanced with a very long finish. Mild tannins with some fruit and pepper. Almost like a Zinfandel. Can be paired well with a wide variety of foods....mine went perfect with chicken parm one night and salmon the next. Very enjoyable at an excellent price. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable Gewürztraminer from the Northern part of Italy. Food friendly. Paired perfectly with shrimp, sea bass and grouper. Mild sweetness with melon and orange peel flavors and long, clean finish. Nice acidity and light tannins.

Fun, easy-to-drink weeknight wine after the kids are in bed. No food needed or recommended. Sweet with big mouth-filling berries, bubble gum nose. Medium long finish. No thought needed....not complex or complicated.

Consistent flagship from the winemaking giant. Tons of oak and butter, with tropical fruit. Pair with seafood, chicken and it holds up. Nice long finish. Not a particularly serious bottle but really, really fun....especially on a hot night after the kids are in bed.

Not very memorable Spanish syrah blend. Semi-dark with a bit of cherry nose. Strangely short finish and not enough body. A bit of tannins, earth and tobacco. Did not hold up to bold food. Label is gorgeous though.

Slightly disappointed. Have enjoyed Ghost Pines Cabernet for years, but this was very jammy and a bit sweet for a Zin. Did not hold up to a steak. This is a Tuesday night wine, not a Saturday night wine.

Love it. Earthy, peppery and lively. Reasonably priced Zin/Syrah blend to have with a steak. Very dark in color with a nice finish. Will add it to the rotation.
