Plummy big, smooth, but lacked depth to make it really good. Kistler continues to be hit or miss/good to m e

Aerated and let sit for an hour, enjoyed for election night. Big BIG wine, but by hour two it was silky smooth and delicious

really happy & impressed with this wine, tannins no longer as upfront as in the past, smoothed out nicely and enough fruit to carry it. REALLY GOOD

BIG & JUICY. Decanted and aerated and let sit for an hour and it was really good. with 2 hands you know what you are getting a big, chewy fruit bomb, but in a good way.

incredible. I have been in a personal battle with Kistler Wines. some bottles are too over done and lack any nuance but sometimes they blow me away. This Cuvee was sublime, restrained yet complex it evolved through the night and held up beautifully to Heron's sweet breads and Pheasant. CHEERS.

I know this will be good, but it was almost undrinkable for the first three hours, then it finally came around. Will try day two to see how it fairs but don't open for 2 more years and decant, decant, decant.

I think this is in a very good place right now. nothing big and showy but just a lovely mid length pinot. Someone called it reserved but I think that is ok and what it may be aiming for. It may improve still but I won't wait.

really nice. I am typically more impressed with Chad's Syrah but he seems to be getting the hang of Pinot now too. Very light in color, but a nice floral nose, with strawberry and raspberry predominating. I am not someone who likes a sweet wine and this does not get to that point. Enjoy
