Pop and pour. This wine is very balanced and unique. Not like other wines I have tasted and very interesting to taste.

Decanted for 2 hours. This wine has held up nicely. Dark red fruits show initially but the wine has a very green characteristic. Lots of mint, tobacco, and dried herbs. Very interesting and enjoyable wine.

Ripe red cherry on the front and a nice spicy finish. Good wine with a reasonable price.

Decanted for 1 hour. The wine continued to open up and evolve with more air. Lots of blue and black fruit on the nose and palate. Still has lots of power and intensity. Hint of wood on the finish which faded with time in the glass and decanter. Absolutely beautiful wine and could probably get even better with more time.

This wine was slightly over ripe with a bit too much oak on the finish for me.

Decanted for 2 hours. This wine is tasting beautiful. Very voluptuous on the palate with lots of cherry and other red fruits. Firm tannins integrate with more and more air. Fulled bodies and rich. Looking forward to tasting this again in a couple years.

Double decanted for 24 hours and an additional 2 hours in decanter as winery recommended. This wine was absolutely stunning. The way that it continued to evolve with air was amazing. Lots of black olive, cherries, and violets on the nose. Fine tannins on the finish but completely unique from other wines I have tried from To Kalon. I definitely recommend lots of air if you want to drink this wine young as this is a wine built to age. I will try my best to age the rest of mine for 5 to 10 years at least.

Decanted for 6 hours. This wine is a powerhouse. Dark fruit on the initial taste with a bold, complex finish. Some hints of violets, menthol and tar on the nose. This wine has tons of life ahead of it judging by the intensity. 97+ because this wine will score even higher with some more time to integrate. Beautiful showing of To Kalon fruit.

This wine burst with tons of fruit. Lots of red and black cherry. Very full bodied on the palate and a silky smooth finish that shows lots of fruit as well. There is no sharp edges on this wine and it is beautiful.

Decanted for 6 hours. This wine is bursting with flavor. Lots of dark fruit with a nice minerality on the mid palate. Firm tannins on the finish show that this wine will age for many years. Can't wait to taste this wine down the road and see it blossom.

Decanted for 4 hours. This wine is showing lots of dark red fruit with a medium to heavy feel on the palate. Hints of smoke, tobacco, and cassis add nice complexity to the fruit. Soft tannins on the finish make this approachable early.

Pop and pour. This wine is young and could use some air if consumed early. Red fruit on the nose and palate followed by soft tannins on the finish. The more the wine opened up the more the fruit started to show. Should continue to get better with some more time in bottle.

This wine is very unique. Not the typical big ripe style. Very lean and has a somewhat crisp acidity to it. I believe the alc was below 13%. Very interesting wine to taste.

Decanted for 6 hours. Dark red fruit with a very nice floral component jump from the glass. Tons of power and intensity on the palate. With the extended decant the wine is tasting great but this is definitely a wine that needs some time to cellar. I will be waiting another 5 years at least before I touch another bottle.
