with leg of lamb, paired nicely. its drinking very nice now, Cabernet was domninant, black fruits, some vegetal/savory notes, tabacco. Fresh on the palate, smooth tannins. Elegant wine.

Color shows a youtfull wine. initially reduced nose, but then it opens up. Savoury notes, olives, some tar, salty with ripe cherries and plums.
Palate is ripe but keeps a nice finish freshness. Plums and red and dark fruits. Nice wine, glad I have 1 more bottle from this 2019 vintage.

color shows a bit of age, but still youthfull. Nose a bit reduced initially, then opens up with ripe cherries, sour cherries. Graphite, some mineral notes. Juicy and some bloody notes. On the palate is fresh, with nice structure, blue fruits and ripe cherries, but with sustained acidity. Integrated tannins. Very nice Cabernet Franc.

2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon and 1/3 Syrah from the cooler part of Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation
Aged in oak for over 18 months.
Nose initially on Syrah, a bit of reduction, Blackberry fruit. In time it opens up, leather notes, licorice, then to Cabernet Cassis notes. The palate is ripe and structured. Present tannins still but perfectly integrated. Finishes on a minty tanic note. Paired excellent with beef onglet.

Beautiful nose of ripe red and black fruits. Plums. Floral and fragrant. Some oak spice some leather. Palate is fresh, with elegant tannins. Very nice wine.

Young color. Deep ruby red. Nose opens up. Cerise griottes. Some blueberries and leather notes. Palate has a refreshing acidity. Tannins wise it's smooth. Good length. Drinks perfectly now, but based on the color and acidity it can age for some years without difficulty.
If there is a bad note, it is about the crazy and useless heavy bottle....:(

Aged in concrete. Deep color for a Cinsault based wine.
Funky nose. Animal tones followed by expressive cherry fruit. Ripe red berries. Palate is fresh with nice acidity and blueberries. Ends with some nice tannins and spice.

Aged in concrete. Deep color. Fragrant nose, violets and black 🍒. Very pure fruit, both on the nose and palate. Palate is fresh, good acidity, crunchy and croquant. Finishes with chalky fine tannins. Really nice balance between fruit, tannin and acidity. Very nice wine.

Fruit is precise. Palate is round but fresh. Not much acidity but has a structural freshness. Pretty long. Very nice wine with pan fried trout and fennel pure

Deep ruby red in color. Fresh nose. Fresh red fruit..ripe red 🍒. Some leather, earthy notes also. So pure and fresh but with structure. Palate is very fresh, sustained acidity, ripe tannins. Same cherry and cranberries. Long. Excellent #wine. Can be cellared for a few more years but drinks excellent now

Yellow color. Expressive and exotic nose. Ripe apples, some exotic fruits typical of the Manseng family. Nice flinty minerality. There is a nice structure with a nice fresh acidity finishes fresh. Very nice wine.

A very interesting and distinctive white from the islands - Tenerife.
It has a rich nose. Some wax and oak, nice structure. Floral. Palate rich but with a salivating salinity that keeps it fresh. Very nice the second day also. Liked it.

A white blend of mostly Chenin, Grenache and Marsanne, Viognier from the Languedoc.
Aged partly in demi muids.
Expressive nose. Very Chenin on the nose. Floral, peaches and white fruits. The palate is rich, but with good minerality. Same peaches, some almonds. The generosity of the Grenache, but finishes long and fresh. A delicious wine.

2020 vintage of Au Cerisier. 40 years old vines from 3 different plots.
Beautiful dark inky color. Nose with cherries and blackberries. Bloody and juicy. All about the fruit. No oak. Ripe but with good freshness on the palate. Very nice wine.

Cedar and citrus aroma. Some white flowers. Piercing acidity. It's so powerful and so fresh at the same time. Hint of petrol, characteristic of the varietal. Has a long palate. Juicy. Should age really well

a nice ripe but fresh cabernet franc. nose with black currants and some sour cherries. animal hints, some green bell pepper typical of the variety, but not at all green. Palate is ripe but present tannins. Nice freshness. Drinks perfectly now but can be left for a few more years in the cellar.

Kreuznacher kahlenberg 2020 vintage
Nose is like a refreshing breeze..citrus fruit, grapefruit, some greens fruit and grass, with a mineral touch.
Palate has high acidity. The 3.8 g of residual sugar add to the body, but the sensation is very dry due to the high acidity. Long and finishes with crispy green and mineral mouth watering sensation.

Aged for over 10 years.
This bottle was opened last Sunday.
It's brick red. Nose with black fruits. Dried fruit and nutty flavors. Alcohol perfectly integrated. Palate is silky, with fine tannins, a bit of heat though. It's fresh and very persistent...loooong.
