Amazing bottle that may still be a little too young. Opened three hours before drinking. Consumed over two hours, it continued to open up. Beautiful color, lovely minerality. Awesome wine. Glad I have three more bottles.

Very intense flavor. Opened three hours before serving and still could have used more time. Still a bit tight. Tastes of leather and sour cherries with lots of residual notes on the back of the tongue. Glad I have another bottle. Will hold onto it for at least three more years.

Pears and other mild fruit flavors on the nose. Better after being open for 1.5 hours. Wonderful wine.

Great crisp clean Italian white. Not overtly sweet and very flavorful. I can taste the minerals of Piemonte! Yum

Friends at the lake for a paella dinner and the 1.5L bottle of Cristom was a hit. Not too heavy, great flavor and a highly drinkable wine. Not sure it has too much longer, would suggest drinking it within the year.
