A wonderful syrah from one of my favorite vineyards Bien Nacido. Probably will get better with some more age but drinking so well now why wait.

A serious zin from one of the best zin vineyards in California. Drinking great but has a long life ahead of it. Just wish I had more than the one bottle I have left. A beautiful wine.

This is one the best if not the best Saxum I've ever consumed. While drinking great now I'm confident that it has ability to improve over the 5 years as it is still drinking young.

Joan and I absolutely loved this wine. Just starting to enter it's prime and may even improve over the coming 5 years. The Torrin wines are my second favorite Paso wines after the Saxums.

Excellent cabernet that is just starting to entering its prime. Needs at least an hour in the decanter. No need to rush drinking this cab should improve improve over the next five years.

This is one of the best of the Carlisle wines I have ever consumed and I've consumed a lot of them. At 5 years old it is showing extremely well with an hour decant but still have substantial upside over at least the next 10 years.
An awesome wine that shows how great the James Berry fruit is. Loved it.
So happy that I have 3 more bottles of this wine
