Great news, entry, but significant acidity, needs a few years to mellow out.

Drinking window likely 2025 to 2028, super ripe sauvignon blanc retaining subtle grassy aromas, delicious Fruit but good acidity and balance. Likely my favorite sauvignon blanc made in california.

Beautiful; as is typical for Clos du Mesnil, bready Tangerine lemon aromas, bright acidity and wonderful almost salty and chewy on the entry, perfect mousse, minimally oxidative but at 38 years at its sweet spot, drinks much much younger than its age would belie. Leaves you craving more.

Great fruity entry, immediately controlled by the significant acidity here, great food wine medium length, probably could age for 4 to 5 more years

Sweet, great fruit and entry, with no harsh edges, gentle acidity, less Vineyard specific delineation but otherwise delicious.

Perfect Bottle, and cork, I was sleep good with excellent acidity, not at all over the hill, great cabernet es, amazing freshness for age. Nose resembled aged Bordeaux but also distinctly Napa

a little young, firm acidity, excellent when decanted 3 hrs ahead of a tomato based sauce, really great aromatics after waiting also. Best after 2024.

Mostly Merlot and a small amount of Cabernet picked 2 weeks earlier than usual due to risk of smoke. Pale Salmon color with nose resembling Sauvignon Blanc at first but less grassy, juicy tart fruit entry due to well balanced acidity, with minimal bite from youthfulness, good midpalate weight and refreshing finish, begs for endless re-tasting, will be a super summer refresher.

At first, whiff of madeira, but blew away in 30 seconds and then amazingly young and complex Bordeaux nose, very good sweet entry still a decent amount of acidity, little Dusty fruit but really appealing for those of us who like aged Bordeaux. Not for the fruity loving 2 year old California Cabernet types. 96 + points

Great Malbec fruit, a little bell pepper on the nose but balanced with just ripe fruit flavor entry, long 45 sec+ finish. Some secondary aromas are hinted here but its early this is still young, ideal likely in 2023-2028

Definitely decant before serving, initially reserved nose, but after decanting Pleasant peppery aroma and sweet entry and long finish.

Oxidized, Madeirized although there was still some fruit left. Likely a class effect and not just a bad bottle.

Amazingly well-balanced white wine, beautiful perfumed nose perfect entry, sweet but perfect soft acidity and balance, and fruit lasting a minute

Terrific old Paulliac nose, medium-weight, sweet entry, still with lots of fruit, medium to long finish, about 45 seconds. Maybe getting slightly tired in the 750ml format. Only improved in the glass though, still lots of life left.

Agree with the Descriptors that say buttery Oak, definitely an ABC Wine, sweet fruit and lots of Glycerin but very low acidity from a ripe vintage.
