Ashe style Pinot. Maybe another year to be hitting on all cylinders

Very nice. Slightly sweeter than I expected but quite nice and the crowd liked it.

Needed some time to blow off a bit of funk and sharpness. Tasty after about 45 minutes.

Exceptional. Bright fruit, aged incredibly nicely. Have one more bottle that I kinda want to hot for a year or two more.

Very happy with this one. Clear minerality backbone, but cherry and strawberry flavors coming through nicely.

This is perhaps the first white where I have immediately wanted another bottle to the point where we ordered.... 6.

I quite enjoyed this. Held on to it without planning to, but happy we did. Appears it's no longer being imported into the U.S. - said to hear that!

Nice nose, ok palate, but I think this is on it's way down based on what we've had before. Glad we are drinking now.

Reaching the end of when I would open this I think (hard to tell), but very nice, even straight out of the bottle.

Right nearing the end of where I would drink this. Nose took awhile to blow off some... weird? That said, tasting pretty solid.

This was singing when we opened. Bit of funk on opening, which blew off after about 30-45 minutes. Great fruit overall.

This has turned out very nice. Good fruit, and none of the green of the cab franc that sometimes pops up. Took about an hour of air to really open up.

Really happy with this. Time in bottle has smoothed it out - easy to drink but a nice mouthfeel, good flavor across the palate.

Started a big hot but aeration solved that. Really pretty bottle. Could probably take a couple more years in bottle if you want.

Very nice - clean, almost elegant. Not a lot of backbone flavor to it, but I haven't had a nicer viognier in awhile.

Very strong. Decanted 1 hour, drank over course of two. Lots of nice flavors here. Started with more fruit than I was ready for, but has settled into some nice complexity.

Cork was completely dead (and I stored this poorly for a few years) but held up extremely well. Gorgeous golden color, starting to get a bit of honey on the nose. Lots of complexity on the palette.

Bit more fruit forward than I was expecting, but a very pleasant glass. Others got a bit of smoke, though I did not.

Showing extremely well. Nose was evident from popping the cork and very nice - taste is great. Really can't complain at all.

Needed about an hour to open up, but presented very well after that. What I expect from an Oregon Pinot.

So very solid. Great wine to sip while getting ready for dinner. Bright fruit up front (maybe cherry?) with a very very slight black pepper at the back.

Probably kept too long (and I don't have good storage). Lighter than I expected. Good fruit, considering.

Popped and let sit for about an hour before drinking. Very bright fruit on the palate, a bit less complexity than I was looking for. Cherry initially, but also some black fruit that was very nice. Not exactly what I wanted for the night, but very drinkable, happy to have it.

Very happy with this - thought it was a great value. Initial burst of fruit, but enough backend complexity and a bit of light earth to make it a good wine across the palate.

On open, this scared me - had a bit more vinegar than I liked. However, with air, this had a very nice middle palate with great cherry on the backend. Not sure it was my absolute favorite, but highly enjoyed.

Enjoyable. Bit tamer than some cabs - may have mellowed. Winner among several different drinkers, so that's a plus as well. not a large amount of fruit, but a more complex mid and back palate than I'd normally expect.

Probably just past it's prime. Had some of the nice early fruit I'm used to, but was muted. Great back end however - stone was nicely evident.

Initially this was a massive, massive up front hit of fruit, strawberry for me, "Wisconsin cherry" for my girlfriend. Really developed with air. The big fruit hit subsided into a nice cherry for both of us, with a bit of woodsy (very light), in the mid to back of the mouth. I'd say that it was a very slight bit hot (maybe needing a bit more time?), but was good to drink, and will be on my list of things to pick up in the future. I was a fan, and my gf who I am slowly converting to Pinots was a big fan.

Very pleasant - may have been helped along by the dinner we were having. Table all loved the nose, which had some very light floral notes, although with cherry. Taste was good, but I had trouble discerning individual flavors, until the end, when some light underbrush and meat flavors appeared.

Tasty, girlfriend thought it was "salty". I got light fruit, with some pepper going on. Liked it more as it opened. Color is nice, but very light.

I feel like this wine has the potential to be a great buy for the cost - however, this particularly bottle was quite "hot" alcohol wise. Aromas of straw, light fruit, stone. Mineral on the front, with some tantalizing flavors appearing.. and then getting overtaken by the alcohol. Tempted to buy another bottle or two and let them age for a year or two to test.
