Loads of citrus and stone on the nose and again on the palate. Very nice acidity and good length. Very good Aligoté.

The wine looks ruby colored and extremely light. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like violet, clove and medicinal. It tastes like raisin, fig, clove, medicinal and tobacco. The body is full. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
Very high alcohol which makes it difficult to drink more than one glass, must have food with the wine.
