Lychee, mineral, a tinge of petrol, and then it melts into a wonderful richness that has a hint of butter with thyme steeped in it. Really had a cool evolution over two days and as it warmed. When it was cold it felt disjointed but at around room temp on day 2 it was awesome

brioche, baked apple, honey, but these a layer of under ripe strawberries, mangosteens, lime pithe. The combination make me this quite enjoyable. I prefer this to the les vegnes 2018 ( meunier ).

Favorite of their standard NV I’ve had. Slate and mineral and lime pithe when fresh and cold. As it wardens it got notes of mandarin oranges and over roasted almonds
