Drank over two hours. Amazingly well balanced and intense with apple, pear and citrus notes. The acid, fruit, minerality and finish combine to make this an amazing wine--more the pity that I only thought to buy the one. I had a chance to visit the vineyard in 2016 and was struck by the high density plantings.

Not a bad bottle, but not particularly representative of the varietal either. Dense fruit, with a heaviness that bespeaks a bit of Syrah. I remember preferring this to the reserve when tasted at the winery.

With prime rib. Musty, berry finish. Drinking *very* well right now.

Delicious! Wonderful nose of coffee and berry; fruit and a bit of loam on the mouth with a mint/spice finish. Paired VERY well with some Genova ravioli.

Nice Paso Zin...good fruit, nice finish. While not what you'd call complex, it had a nice, if not overly spicy finish. Went really well with ribs and Auburn's BCS win. War Eagle!

Amazing straw color; not particularly bubbly. Smooth is an understatement. Went really well with the engagement ring!

Lovely color, big fruit and licorice nose. Heavy (and a tad young), but opened up and paired VERY well with Homestead Ravioli.

Didn't get much of this...but preferred it to the Table for Four consumed in the same hour. Certainly young, but dense fruit with tobacco and smoke. Interesting funk finish; look forward to putting more of this away.

Nice Rose...made better by the grape's rarity. Served chilled it went very well with fruit and cheese. Interesting vanilla note, not overly sweet on the finish.

As per previous note taker....great wine, nice notes of earth and fruit. Tannic, but young...nevertheless smooth. Would benefit from cellaring (popped/poured). Note, best to hide this wine when friends are over.

Pop n' pour with Cindy's folks (on the porch). Nice pear and apple nose with citrus mouth. Nicely acidic. Remains my favorite summer sipper, though nobody will ever call this wine complex.

Fruit/wood nose; unpleasant carbonated/cherry cola mouth. Better with an hour open, but was even worse after leaving overnight. Not a Priorat I'll revisit.

Interesting nose of dates and cooked meat/funk. Corked? Blueberries and pinenuts on the mouth. Definately Oregonian, with an interesting twist.. Cindy and Dennis say "...overwhelmingly boysenberry on both the mouth and nose. Bold." Enjoyed this a bit more than the River Road Pinot that preceeded it. Another nice value Pinot. Will certainly try again when I'm not 2.5 sheets to the wind.

Jammy, candied nuts on the nose. Medium bodied with hints of flowers and fruit on the mouth. Had with Cindy at Traga Tapas in Ronda. Nice little wine, made better by the queso brie panne con marmelade and enselada de espinicas con queso de cabra y miel. Actually, this wine might have sucked and I'd never know it through the food.

Cherries and ginger aroma. Fruit roll-up with a dash of pepper on the palate/finish. While not a bomb, it has the building material. Not a bad start to the evening, but would do better with a strong cheese.

Loam-y with a hint of fruit on the nose. Tobacco, jammy, candied fruit mouth, but not overpoweringly so. This is a subtle wine that would have done well without the venison accompaniment. One to try again, even though Errol brought it (which makes if of dubious origin).

Dennis recommended; tasted alongside a Champagne and a California Sparkler. Refreshing, but without a great deal of complexity. Nose: ripe fruit, metal, and saw grass. Sweet, but not overly so on the mouth. Great with OJ I'm thinking, especially at less than $10/bottle.
