April 8, 2023 - Maybe this still has an upside, but it is really hard to imagine how red one can be better than this....

March 5, 2023 - Seattle Chevaliers dinner (Le Grand Bistro Américain, Kirkland, WA, USA): Insane, explosive fireworks on the nose, expansive and impossibly long on the palate. Still so young but with so much depth and purity. Truly memorable.

February 7, 2023 - CDT tasting: U4. Don’t recall this being as strong as JVNK bottle but that may be bc it was it was first time had wine.

January 17, 2020 - During a Paulee dinner so only brief impressions: initially very closed/reduced, needed a double decant and a lot of air. Then showed its pedigree with haunting aromas of dried meat, Vosne spices, red fruit. Very good density, yet elegant, no 2009 plumpness visible. Grand wine. Do not drink before 2025 if you want to experience the full package.

January 17, 2020 - Paulee at Grand Hyatt in Singapore. WOTN by a fair margin. Very aromatic and fresh, showing non of the ripeness one might expect in 09. Awesome balance and length. Wow wine
