January 17, 2014 - I thought this wine didn't have that special quality I get with Puligny-Montrachet. This might be an age thing - the wine was almost Amber in colour, and the predominant aromas were to do with the oak. Hard to really get much else, but I admit the the oak was luscious. In the end it kept improving as the evening went on, and I enjoyed it a lot. Just wasn't quite what I had expected. Certainly drink up if you've got any left!

August 11, 2009 - Riveting..seems as though it needs 2-4 years but lovely now! 94 pts

April 6, 2008 - Light yellow. Delicious nose of shy but racy yellow fruit, nuts, butter and minerals. In the mouth this is pointed, yet complex and very delicious. Much more focused than the fat and seducing 2005.

November 27, 2007 - White Burgundy (FOF): Nice golden color. Nice fruit on the nose, mirabelles, yellow plums and some wine gum. Nice complexity and nuances on the palate, still dominated by the yellow fruit but some nuts and mushroom are apparent. Nice balance and good length. Drinking really well now, but definitely has the potential for even more.

    Very fruity and aromatic.
Oaky, fruity, youthful, complex, good length, will keep.
