  October 8, 2009 - Acheté dernièrement en IP chez Roucet à 56,35$. Le nez offre plusieurs déclinaisons de fruits rouges, sans réelle personnalités distinctes (cerises, cerises sûres, fraises, fruits des champs, etc.), avec une touche d’épices (trop?) discrète. Le fruit en bouche est pur, et appuyé par une acidité très présente. La finale épicée est juteuse et agréable. Un Beaune malgré tout facile d’approche, comme on en voit souvent. Le vin est jeune, mais montre un potentiel de vieillissement évident. Il gagnera grandement à séjourner 2 à 3 ans en cave.
  
  Plus je découvre ce producteur, plus je trouve qu’il fait des vins de qualité, conçus pour être vieillit quelques années avant de se présenter sous leur meilleur jour. Ils sont surtout très beaux pour leurs prix encore accessibles considérant l’appellation. 89-90

  March 10, 2009 - Martine's Wines Portfolio tasting (MK, Chicago IL): nose: good, rich nose of red cherries, red currants, tart red fruits and good undertones of mineral rich earth. excellent depth and purity with really good balance
  
  taste: very high acidity with a good medium/light feel of mineral rich earth, spice tones, red cherries, and red fruits
  
  overall: very good promise, and its really good right now. Has a bit of a bright and tart streak to it with riper flavors, but still very much a beaune and enjoyable

  November 29, 2008 - Burgundy Finale (Wine Exchange - Orange, CA): Very pungent on the nose with aromas of red fruits and earth in a slightly candied tone. High toned and somewhat abrasive on the palate with flavors of sour cherry, stones, and wood. This seems quite lean and closed but it does mellow on the finish. Give this a lot of time. 90+
