  October 6, 2017 - Medium garnet. Discrete nose of red cherry, some spices. The palate is round, soft and pleasant to drink, medium+ bodied. This is pleasant to drink, a bit new worldish, missing the energy, tension and 2010 precision here. I am always puzzled to see how Thibault Liger Belair's wines are a mere shadow of the outer wordly wines of Comte Liger Belair. Why does Thibault not just walk into his uncle's office and ask him how it's done?

  May 10, 2016 - MASTER BORGOGNA 2016; 5/10/2016-7/10/2016 (LA MADERNASSA RESORT GUARENE): Profilo purpureo che profuma di violette amare e ha il solito tocco rustico biodinamico dei vini base di Thibault. La bocca segue questo tocco selvatico un pò dandy, che lo rende molto pregnante ma lo allontana un pò dalla purezza che ci si aspetta da un Vosne di annata straordinaria.

  May 3, 2013 - Delicate but expressive nose of mixed raspberry fruits with a sweet ripe component, red floral apsect, and a light touch of nutmeg and underlying metalic minerality; super sliky, light and elegant body, fine light tannins, fine teflon and berry finish. Not a powerful wine, but very strong for village level, just below Clos de Reas in S/E Vosne.
