September 1, 2019 - PNP into Zalto Damijan glass (“Root” to “Fruit” day): Pale golden to the eyes.
Citrus fruits like lemon oil and peels. Sweet malt that is very pleasant. Slightly yogurt/buttery. Very fresh and enjoyable.
Showing a little more age in a good way on palate. Consistent notes on palate with that same pleasant sweet malt indeed. With time more integration from mid palate to finish with rich lime flavours.
Great stuff. 93 points to me.
2 hours upon opening: Even better integration on nose and palate with broader fruit spectrum with elegant white flowers. Upgrade to 93-94 points. -

December 30, 2018 - Golden color but definitely not oxidized. This was all about balance, a little rounder than some of the other Buisson-Charles whites but perhaps that’s just because it’s fully mature. Paired nicely with olive tapenade/goat cheese pasta, still enough acidity to provide lift but rich and long. That said, I doubt this will improve with more age.
