March 4, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. Un anno di barrique.
Macchia mediterranea, pepe e capperi. Vinosità fruttata, animale e selvatica.
Poi erbe medicinali, china e tantissimo arancia sanguinella caramellata.
Un naso borgognone e ricco di incenso e trame orientali.
In bocca è di medio corpo, non di quelle syrah da attendere decenni. L' acidità è squillante e trascinante. Poca polpa e frutto, e più scheletro sottile e finale amarognolo, quasi un digestivo.
Vino non complesso né immediato, cerebrale, da studiare e sorseggiare.
