  February 18, 2019 - Sharp 24k gold; honey, peach, mineral, sea shell and deep Chardonnay nose; mid-body; balanced; good acids; deep Chardonnay fruit and flavor; long crisp finish. Some time left. w/cockles.

  December 19, 2018 - Medium gold with just a hint of amber. Pretty nose. Lemon, bit of beeswax, seashells. Rich in the mouth, with just a bit of saline. Stored in a 54 degree cellar since purchase on release. So not sure how much time these have left.

  October 6, 2017 - First time having a Drouhin Chablis. Medium yellow color. Classic chablis nose of sea shells, iodine, fossils, minerals and ripe yellow fruits. Some minor brett but not bothersome. Pretty good effort but not quite a Raveneau at this point.
