Blair noted these wines were typically 15% new oak. At 14.5% ABV the alcohol, and the ripeness and richness, a little more than optimal. Anyway, this wine was oxidised, dominated by Époisses. Effectively, dead.

Dry and smooth with good balance, excellent length. -
