April 1, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. Subito molto etereo, lanolina, cera e crema al limone. Sensazioni burrose e gliceriche intrise di mineralità pungente, selce e pietra focaia. Tutto pulitissimo e delicato.
In bocca regna l' equilibrio, uno di quei vini che già in ingresso di fanno capire dove vanno a parare. Classico finto residuo zuccherino tanto caro allo Chenin e mineralità chiara, amare e spugnosa.
La tensione dell' acidità vibra all' interno di una sfera di frutta candita, creando una bolla untuosa e tattile.
Finale di persistenza prensile e biscottosa, liquirizia, farina di castagne amare e anice stellato.
Buonissimo e di finezza esemplare
