April 2, 2021 - Finished previously coravined bottle. Drunk with turbot. Good match. Honey on the nose, more dried apricots on the palate. Initial roundness then very dry, decent finish.
On a plateau of maturity now. -

March 13, 2021 - Coravined 2 small glasses. With scallops and black pudding.
Quite deep burnished gold. Some honeyed notes, but essentially dry. Good food wine, quite long.

April 28, 2019 - The aroma has a little bit of the chemical/smashed beetle component that I sometimes get from chenin. Broad, waxy, lemony fruit with just a hint of oxidation, strong acidity, and some interesting botrytized flavors. An excellent food wine at this stage.
