  December 5, 2017 - Paired with pot-au-feu. Like boiled meat and vegetables.
  
  Barrel and cedar nose with dark plums, cured meat. Long legs. Medium length and tannins.
  
  Definitely needs aeration. Mellowed as time went by.

  February 19, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. 100% Malbec. affinamento di 24 mesi in 80% legno nuovo.
  legno dolce tostato e caffettoso. Molto frutto morbido e ovattato.
  Ha una bella controparte olfattiva erbacea che ricorda il prezzemolo crudo appena tagliato.
  In bocca è quadrato, legnoso, dolciastro e ancora compromesso dal finale boisé che ne blocca l' espansione.
  Manca di qualsiasi impronta territoriale. Sembra il classico taglio bordolese internazionale legnoso e banale.
