April 30, 2021 - Lovely, ripe Riesling fruit on the nose, not a hint of petrol in this vintage; rich, vibrant, intensely flavored, good acidity with some nice light umami notes, bit of minerality kicks in on the finish, but this is all about the pure, rich, sun-kissed fruit. Don’t know if this will get a lot more interesting with age, but it’s still very youthful and has many years ahead of it.

April 29, 2021 - Wine Dinner (Zoom): Tasted blind. Straw yellow; high intensity aromatics, stone fruits, white flowers, citrus and lime; palate is medium bodied, medium to medium-plus acidity, dry but with hints of sweetness, white stone fruits, flavors persist through the midpalate; finish is medium-plus length. Seems like an Austrian Riesling, though I could see this being both relatively young or with a bit of age on it. Really nice! 92

February 13, 2015 - Riesling Down Under - Cellarhand Tasting @ PWS: Mineral and pear, light florals and a licorice twist. More finesse in this than the Kamptaler it was next to. Good length and I like the mineral kick it has.

February 13, 2015 - Gimme one good riesling extravaganza (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Low intensity aromas of muted stone fruit and spice. On the palate the wine is juicy with generous spice, structure over fruit, well balanced, non intrusive alcohol heat on the medium plus length.
