August 26, 2017 - 8/26/2017 SPC Class WK1: Pale yellow color with green tinge. Moderate aroma intensity showing some age - light lemon curd, apricot, and yeast. Off-dry, medium bodied with lively acidity. Evolves on the finish from flavors of ripe apple to nutty. Medium finish, overall balanced, complex, and an average value for Champagne.

December 29, 2008 - A beautiful Champagne in that sweet-ish Cremant style way. Very food friendly, and perfectly balanced. Lots of delicious almond paste and green apple mash on the nose, somewhat unrefined but persistent fizz, deep minerality and ounchy citrus and apple on the palate, and a healthy 20 second finish. Very pleasurable. From magnum.
