August 29, 2015 - Piedmontese night at home. Pretty explosive notes of white blossoms/lime blossoms, citrus, ripe apple, some honey, minerals and a touch of mint. It's medium+ bodied with medium+ acidity and a fresh mouthfeel. Good length. While I'm usually not the biggest fan of Arneis (due to the relatively low acidity), it all works here. A very perfumed and balanced expression of this grape.

Toller Apero!

August 28, 2015 - Refreshing aromas of white flowers, white peach, apricot and tropical fruits.
Good palate weight with some nice warm feeling. More mineral at first but fruits gradually emerge and showing tropical fruits, ginger spice and floral. Mineral finish.
I like the intense mouth-feel here, although acidity not high but enough to support and give freshness.
