June 24, 2023 - Second bottle from a four-bottle lot purchased at the estate in 2015. Youthful appearance, no signs of ageing. In keeping with the vintage, this is a light Silberlack, both in weight and in aromas, but it is true to type, elegant and harmonious, light finish with decent length. Fully mature, still a few more years in the tank.

October 26, 2019 - Superb. Silberlack never lets down.

May 4, 2018 - Amazing! The best of the three vintages that I have tried. The petrol aroma has developed into a more present note, together with tropical fruit, stone fruit and ripe acidity. High acidity and soft mouthfeel of this acidity. It smells sweet, but it is beautifully dry. And such a gastronomically interesting wine for the coinnoissuer.

January 28, 2017 - German wine tasting followed by a Lunch (@ de Nederlanden): Expressive bouquet with lemon and lime and white fruits. On the palate honey, minerals, pear, focused acidity and slightly drying. Still very youthful, but certainly a clean and very beautiful wine. 91+

January 28, 2017 - A German Wine Tasting-cum-Lunch (Restaurant De Nederlanden *, Vreeland, NL): Quite a feminine style, elegant and floral, youthful but not tight or austere, juicy and fresh, with well-integrated acidity, airy, reticent but well-defined, opens up nicely, steely acidity, very good length. Lovely wine.
